Creation of technical architecture documentation including written part, drawn part, and lists of quantities)
Participation, if requested, in pre-measurements and measurements for surveying the existing constructions and land, as well as in the on-site verification of elevations and execution dimensions.
Intermediation and management of the relationship with suppliers and supervision of project implementation with internal departments as well as on site;
Solid domain-specific operating knowledge: Archicad, Photoshop, Cinema 4D or other compatible programs for rendering;
Understanding the execution details of the furniture in order to implement them (sketches, sections, views, technical execution details)
knowledge of the legislation, knowledge of the technical and legal norms necessary for the design and authorization process;
Preparation and monitoring of the company’s accounting register, including accounting journals and other primary financial documents.
Fulfilling the company’s fiscal and accounting obligations according to the regulations in force.
Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to company management.

Managing the customer accounting process, including issuing invoices, collecting them.
Verification and analysis of financial documents and transactions;
Collaborating with external auditors and preparing the necessary documents for the audit.
